About Me

Professional Journey

Over the past 20 years I have provided clinical treatment, reflective supervision, training, and mental health consultation across a range of child- and family-serving systems, specializing in children and families ages 0-6.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to equity, reflection, authenticity, and relational healing. One of my passions includes aligning our values into all aspects of our lives, including supporting systems and agencies to align values in leadership, policies and practices.

I am happy to share more about my experience and specialized training if that is something that would be helpful in determining if I am a good match for your needs.  You can click below for more information about my background if you desire.

I live in Madison and enjoy spending simple, meaningful time with family and friends connecting, laughing and playing.  I find joy in spending time outdoors—whether hiking, camping, or practicing foraging and tracking. Nature has always been a grounding and joyful presence in my life and my love of willow trees extends back to my childhood. I also enjoy all that Madison has to offer including trying delicious new foods and attending cultural and artistic events and festivals.

I'm a highly sensitive person, and I bring that deep attunement and presence into my work. Those who know me well also get to see my sarcastic, silly, and feisty sides. These qualities help me let go of perfection and not take things too seriously—which creates space for authenticity and connection. That feistiness also fuels my passion for advocacy, especially when it comes to showing up for others within complex systems.
